Delta To Add First Non-stop Flights to
Love Field
Starting in July, Delta Air Lines will add three daily nonstop, round-trip flights between Memphis International Airport and Dallas’ Love Field. Customers flying between Love Field and Memphis will have connecting opportunities to 237 peak-day flights with 90 worldwide destinations.
Delta’s new flights will be the only nonstop service between Love Field and Tennessee and expands on other recently announced new routes between Memphis and Texas. The airline added new nonstop flights to Memphis from McAllen and Lubbock in March and April, respectively. The Memphis-Love Field flights will be operated by Delta Connection carrier Pinnacle Airlines using 50-seat Bombardier CRJ200 regional jets.
Delta Air Lines is the world’s largest airline. From its hubs in Atlanta, Cincinnati, Detroit, Memphis, Minneapolis-St. Paul, New York-JFK, Salt Lake City, Paris-Charles de Gaulle, Amsterdam and Tokyo-Narita, Delta, its Northwest subsidiary and Delta Connection carriers offer service to 368 destinations in 66 countries and serve more than 170 million passengers each year.
