International Travel Insurance and Business Service Center provides a variety of services to business travelers. Located Ticket Lobby "B". Open Daily, 7 AM - 7:30 PM. Phone: (901) 922-8090.

An additional location is offered in Concourse "B" near the International Arrivals/Departures area at Gate B-36. This kiosk has services limited to Travelex Travel Insurance and Foreign Currency Exchange. The hours are 4:30 am - 7:30 pm, daily.

Foreign Currency Exchange is available for most countries except those that are currently restricted. Currency for the following countries is usually always available for walk-ups:

The Euro is used in the following countries.

Coins are not bought or sold for any foreign currency.

PHONE CARDS

International Travel Insurance has six (6) Airport vending machines in the Airport to purchase Pre-Paid Phone Cards for long distance service. One machine is located in “C” concourse near Gate C12. There are three (3) machines in “B” concourse. One machine is located across from the Northwest World Club, the second machine is located near B12 and the last one is located near B35. The “A” concourse has one machine and it is located near A19. The machines accept U.S. currency only and you may buy phone cards for $10 for 20 minutes or $20 for 40 minutes. All machines dispense AT&T phone cards.

HOTELS AND MEETING ROOMS

Radisson Hotel, (901-332-2370) is located on the Airport's property, just a short shuttle ride away - 2411 Winchester Rd., 38116. It offers 211 rooms, outdoor heated pool, 2 tennis courts, dining facilities, exercise room, and meeting / banquet facilities.

The Memphis Shelby County Airport Authority invites you to maximize your time by conducting your meetings at the Memphis International Airport.

We now offer use of three conference rooms for the traveling public. Inside the conference rooms we also offer data port connections and Internet access. It is an ideal place to conduct business away from the office. The conference room can be used to have meetings before or between trips, conduct interviews, conference calls, and make sales presentations, etc.

Enjoy the comfort and convenience of our conference rooms as you meet your business needs.

The Conference Rooms are conveniently located in the Work Center between Terminals A and B and at the A security checkpoint before the security checkpoints. Please call (901) 922-8000 between 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Monday thru Friday to obtain pricing information and to make your reservation. The work center also offers computers with internet access to rent.
